ABOUT LEMLIST

lemlist is the AI-powered sales engagement platform helping sales teams build pipeline smarter, not harder.

Bootstrapped from day one, we’ve grown from 0 to $50M+ ARR in 8 years without raising a single dollar. Today, 40,000+ sales teams use lemlist to book more meetings and close more deals.

We’re building the next generation of outbound: AI-first, multi-channel, highly personalized, and deeply integrated into the way modern sales teams work.

And we’re just getting started.

As a Senior Product Designer at lemlist, you’ll work hand in hand with Senior Product Managers and Senior Developers across squads to deliver meaningful impact for our users. You’ll own design from problem discovery to shipping, and help shape the future of Sales tech.

You will:

• Develop a deep understanding of our market, industry, users, company, and product vision
• Dig beneath the surface to uncover real problems and opportunities
• Own the delivery process with Product Managers: from discovery to launch, ensuring users feel the impact
• Identify problems, proactively suggest improvements, and help shape the roadmap
• Own the overall quality of the product by driving consistency, simplicity and ease of use
• Create world-class design experiences that position lemlist as the leading software in our space
• Be hands-on, move fast, and learn fast, whether working within a squad or shipping directly to users
• Work and switch between multiple opportunities
• Shape what the future of Product Design looks like (including AI)
• Shape what the future of Sales looks like (including AI)
• Make your role evolve based on where you believe you can create more value

We’re not looking for designers who:

• Only deliver Figma files
• Wait for instructions instead of being proactive
• Are uncomfortable speaking with users or digging into real value creation
• Don’t make user impact their priority
• Enjoy their comfort zone
• Spend more time in processes and complexe methodologies than bringing value to users

What’s in it for you:

• Drive innovation in the Sales tech space
• Work with only senior talents
• Challenge the statut quo of the industry
• A lot of autonomy on how your squad should thrive to be successful
• A place where best ideas win

We value people’s work and believe the best way to assess people is by looking at their work. Whether it's real or fake work, we don’t care. We want to see what you can ship.

If you “don’t have time” to show some of your work (even a Figma link), it’s probably not the right place for you.
